Southwest Center for Asian Pacific American Law, Inc. (SCAPAL) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation. Our goal has been
to close the justice gap for underserved and unrepresented individuals, primarily focusing on the Asian Pacific Islander community
in San Diego County.
Since our formation in 2000, SCAPAL has been providing free legal assistance and guidance through the legal system and free
community law clinics to educate and empower the public about their legal rights.
