The Southwest Center for Asian Pacific American Law (SCAPAL) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation formed to preserve and protect the rights of those who do not have adequate access to our legal system. 

SCAPAL provides legal assistance and guidance through the legal system, and protects human and civil rights through advocacy, research and policy analysis, and education.  Our efforts focus primarily on San Diego's Asian Pacific Islander communities.
