Legal Assistance & Resources

SCAPAL collaborates with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, the Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego (PALSD), and the Filipino Lawyers of San Diego (FALSD) to provide pro bono legal services at Legal Aid Clinics.  Clinics, which take place at the County Courthouses in downtown San Diego, Chula Vista, and El Cajon, cover areas such as domestic violence, family law, and unlawful detainers. In addition, SCAPAL organizes free educational classes on the law at community centers, events, and festivals.
